At first glance, this massive granary and Nicolaus Copernicus seem to have nothing in common. After all, the building was constructed in the 20th century, almost four hundred years after the famous astronomer’s death. Yet they are connected in more ways than one might expect.
Before Copernicus became known as the man who “stopped the Sun and moved the Earth,” he was, above all, an administrator of the estates belonging to the Warmian Cathedral Chapter….
